Processing of Orders

Orders are usually processed within 2 working day and are printed either in-house or via one of our chosen printing partners.

Payments

Payment methods accepted are credit card, debit card and Paypal and is processed via Paypal. 

Delivery

Prints are usually dispatched within 72 hours, with the aim of getting the print to you within 5 working days. We are however subject to the printers workload and during busy periods this may take a little longer. You will be updated and provided with a tracking number (as applicable) as soon as your order is shipped.

Problems

You will normally receive an invoice for your order within 48 hours. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your print order, please send a reply email detailing the problem. You will get a response within 48 hours.

Your Right to Cancel

As you are making a purchase at distance, you are entitled to 14 days from the date of delivery in which to change your mind. Please keep your invoice email as again you will need to send a reply email to advise us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your order, however will be entitled to a full refund of your original order costs, this will normally be processed within 7 days of receipt of the return. Customised products such as "Your Photo on Slate" or "KEEP CALM" prints are excluded from the Right to Cancel, as are Special Print Services (SPS orders), however this does not affect your statutory rights.
