This wall art image was created after I sowed annual meadow seeds in the Spring of 2020. It resulted in a stunning display of colourful and delicate little wildflowers during Summer. A mix of UK wildflowers and wildflowers native to the USA that give a continuous display through Summer and into early Autumn.
Flower meadows have been disappearing from our landscape over many years but in recent times their importance has become an issue over the concern for our disappearing wildlife. More people are now creating small meadows in their gardens, local councils across the country are creating meadows on roadsides and verges and with that comes the wildlife such as bees, butterflies, hoverflies, moths, and other insects.
