This floral art features the fragrant Hydrangea 'Ayesha', bearing large mophead flowers with creamy/pink little florets. Photographed in Summer 2021 Ayesha is a new addition to my growing family of Hydrangeas.
Over recent years Hydrangeas went out of fashion but with many new varieties available they are back and making a statement with their beautiful shaped petals and stunning colours. Hydrangeas are very popular both as cut flowers and plants for the garden because of their big and beautiful blooms. The once unfashionable and referred to as Granny's favourite plant, but with all the new varieties now available, hydrangeas are truly back in fashion!
